Mentore Ltd is a design and construction company based in Katerini and active in Greece since 1996. It operates mainly in northern Greece, although it has also completed projects throughout the mainland, the islands as well as abroad.

Its main activity is the design and construction of houses (apartment buildings, complexes of detached houses), commercial buildings, office buildings, industrial buildings (factories, industrial warehouses, etc.) as well as tourist accommodation establishments from a 2 star bungalow complex up to a 5 star hotel which is one of its latest projects at the foot of Mount Olympus.

The core of the company are the architects Georgios Papadimitriou (active since 1980) and Georgios Dadamis (active since 1982) as well as the civil engineers Kostas Vasiliadis (active since 1993) and Dimitrios Podas (active since 1992). Recently, Voula Papadimitriou (management engineer) and Dimitrios Dadamis (architect) joined the team.

The company collaborates, also, with a team of external and trusty partners including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, decorators and a team of experienced subcontractors who, along with Mentore’s experience, guarantees the quality of our work from start, the conception of an idea, its conversion into drawings until the completion and delivery of a “turnkey” construction.

Following the 2008 crisis, which has seriously affected the construction sector, Mentore Ltd has been reorganized and focused on providing also services such as real estate estimates and has added lately, to its provided services, real estate brokerage in cooperation with reliable real estate agencies across the country.
